At the Pfösl, the day sets its own pace. Brigitte, Eva and Daniel receive their guests the way one welcomes friends into a home, and everything that follows carries that same ease. What they offer here is not a programme but a feeling: stillness, and the slow return of energy that only comes when nothing is demanded of you.
Every Wednesday evening, bread is baked in the three-hundred-year-old stone oven. The Pfösl cares deeply about using only regional and seasonal produce, and that care shows up in everything from the kitchen to the table. The warm laughter of the three hosts carries through the whole house.
Forest bathing, yoga, sauna rituals, even a walk with donkeys, these are only a few of the many things a day here can hold. Nothing has to be done. Everything can. Recovery happens at your own pace, in your own rhythm.
